VIBHA CHORARIA 

Vibha Choraria is a Music student (B.A. hons. in Music) at the prestigious KM Conservatory, Chennai, India. She is pursuing Hindustani classical and Western classical music specialising in vocal performance and playback singing. Carrying the love for music and a zeal for performing arts, her approach to art is reflected in her work.

As a professionally trained vocalist and a self taught guitarist, Vibha is driven by curiosity and passion and is keen on exploring various forms of expression. She combines her versatile voice with constantly improving music composition skills to create pieces of work that are admired by her fans and colleagues.

Hailing from the north-eastern part of India with cultural and heritage roots in the western part of India, she brings an amazing combination of the two very distinct and unique influences in her art and performance.

Inspired by the legendary works from composition prodigies like Mozart, A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, she makes a conscious effort to ensure great depth in her pieces. Inspired by legendary vocal artists like Lata Mangeshkar, Shreya Ghoshal, Shankar Mahadevan and various others, she drives her performances with energy and great crowd control. Her music reflects a strong use of melody and rhythm which are blended together in a way to enhance emotional value.

Being trained by renowned teachers from her childhood and now armed with world class resources and veterans to learn from, Vibha is taking full advantage of every opportunity that comes her way, no matter what. After a decade plus of training now, Vibha is headed strong towards her dream of performing in front of millions of people and in realising this dream, she will stand as an inspiration to every person who believes in their talents and passion.
